Our products are produced on demand via third-party print-on-demand suppliers. This means that each item is manufactured specifically for your order. As a result:

• Products are not held in stock and are produced only after your order is confirmed.
• Production and dispatch times may vary depending on the supplier and your delivery zone.
• Minor variations in colour or texture may occur between product photographs and the delivered item, due to the nature of the printing process and screen display differences.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product range at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Order process: An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices: All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.

Payment methods accepted:

• Stripe — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Bitcoin — we proudly accept Bitcoin payments. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible by nature. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Full details are available on our Delivery page.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times vary by zone and carrier. These are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Tracking availability depends on the carrier assigned to your delivery zone.
• Customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Essential Bitcoin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bitcoin payment refunds are issued in euros at the rate applicable on the date of refund.

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at contact@essential-bitcoin.com with your order number.

Once your withdrawal is confirmed:

• You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they are in their original condition.

All content published on essential-bitcoin.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, graphic designs, product visuals, texts, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of Essential Bitcoin and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Essential Bitcoin.
• The Bitcoin name and symbol (₿) are used in a descriptive and referential capacity only. Essential Bitcoin has no affiliation with the Bitcoin protocol or its core developers.
• Unauthorised use of our brand, designs, or content may result in legal action.
