Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
We currently only offer full refunds. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order once your refund is processed.
We sincerely apologise. Please contact us at contact@essential-bitcoin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In this case, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
You may use any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or incorrect.
